A Qatari court has sentenced eight former Indian Navy personnel to death. These individuals had been detained in Qatar for over a year, and the charges against them were shrouded in secrecy, raising serious concerns about due process and the well-being of these men.

The eight men, including decorated officers who had commanded major Indian warships, were working for Al Dahra Global Technologies and Consultancy Services.
