China’s C919: China’s First Domestically Produced Passenger Jet
China’s C919 first domestically produced passenger jet, the C919, has made its maiden commercial flight. The aircraft, manufactured by the state-owned Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC), took off from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and landed in Beijing’s Capital International Airport.
