What is Keto Pizza?

Keto pizza is a kind of pizza, where the crust is made up of cauliflower. It is very low in calorie and people who follow regular diet can have it, if you have pizza cravings. Ingredients for Keto Pizza:

  • Cauliflower
  • Salt
  • Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
  • Eggs
  • Dried Oregano
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Onions 
  • Olives 
  • Red chilli Flakes.

Steps to prepare Keto Pizza:

  •  Take one full cauliflower and grate the cauliflower using a grater or food processor
  • Add 1/2 Tsp of salt in the grated cauliflower
  • Mix them and microwave it for 4-5 minutes 
  • Then transfer the grated cauliflower into a muslin cloth
  • Squeeze out the excess water using the muslin cloth 
  • And transfer the squeezed cauliflower into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese (grated), 1 egg, 1 tsp of Dried oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of onion powder and mix them all.
  • Than spread it onto a sheet of baking paper and shape it into a circle
  • Bake it at 200 degree celsius for 15-20 minutes, until it holds its shape
  • Than flip the crust carefully without breaking it 
  • Add Pizza sauce to the cauliflower crust, than add mozzarella cheese of your choice, add sliced onions, and sliced olives
  • Bake again for 7 minutes or until the cheese melts, than add Red chilli flakes 
  • Now it is ready to serve.
