High levels of lead have been found in a variety of cinnamon and spice blends sold by 12 different brands. The investigation involved 36 different ground cinnamon and cinnamon-containing spice blends. These products were purchased from 17 stores in states such as Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and from online marketplaces.

The use of e-cigarettes by middle and high school students in the US has fallen reaching the lowest level in a decade. In 2019, more than 5 million students were using e-cigarettes. In 2024, only 1.6 million students reported vaping, about 6% of the total student population. The number of students using e-cigarettes dropped by nearly 25% compared to last year.

The platform acknowledges that while a single video may not be inherently harmful, repeated exposure to similar content can shape teens’ perceptions of themselves in detrimental ways. This hormone regulates blood sugar levels by stimulating insulin secretion and reducing glucose production in the liver. The drug gained popularity for its weight-loss effects. Ozempic and Wegovy both containing semaglutide was used as weight-loss medications with Wegovy being approved by the NHS for certain patients with a high BMI.
