Tokyo Olympics chief apologises after saying women talk too much in meetings

The head of the Tokyo Olympics organising committee, Yoshiro Mori, has apologised for making sexist remarks about women but said he wouldn’t resign. The ex-Japanese PM was earlier quoted saying that women talk too much and that meetings with many female board directors would “take a lot of time”. Mori apologised saying, the comments were “inappropriate” and against Olympic spirit.
