Samsung has launched the Galaxy M42 5G in India. It’s the first 5G phone under the Galaxy M series. Galaxy M42 5G comes with the Snapdragon 750G processor, a 48-megapixel quad-camera, and a 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone comes in two colour options of Prism Dot Black and Prism Dot Gray, and features a prism dot design with a glossy finish.
Galaxy M42 5G starts at ₹21,999 for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It also comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and this variant is priced at ₹23,999. Samsung is offering the Galaxy M42 5G at an introductory price of ₹19,999 and ₹21,999 on Samsung.com and Amazon India on May 1. The smartphone can also be purchased from select retail stores.
In terms of specs, Galaxy M42 5G features a 6.6-inch HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G octa-core processor. It also supports expandable storage up to 1TB via a microSD card.
