Realme is on a smartphone launching spree. The Chinese tech firm just launched its Realme GT Neo smartphone in China. It is also the second handset in the flagship GT series but with a slightly different set of specifications. It comes in three variants based on 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 12GB + 256GB RAM and storage capacities. These are priced at CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs. 20,100), CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs. 22,400) and CNY 2,399 (roughly Rs. 26,800) respectively.
It has launched in Final Fantasy, Geek Silver, and Hacker Black colours. Although there is no word on when this device will be launching in India, recently it was spotted on India’s IMEI database and BIS certification, indicating an imminent arrival.
In terms of specifications, the Realme GT Neo has a 6.43-inch Samsung Super AMOLED full-HD+ screen with 120Hz refresh rate, and 91.7% screen to body ratio. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC along with ARM G77 MC9 GPU. You also get triple rear cameras including a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 primary sensor (f/1.8), 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor (f/2.3, 119-degree FoV) and a 2-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. There is also a 16-megapixel front camera in a punch hole cutout with f/2.5 aperture.
