In the meantime, let us get to the business side of things as well. The all-rounder was retained by the Rajasthan Royals franchise ahead of the 2021 edition of the IPL. And, that makes sense as well.

He also scored his runs at a strike rate of close to 140(139.34) to stamp his authority in the IPL. He also picked up 10 wickets with his leg spin in the 13th IPL edition, at a decent economy rate of 7.09 runs an over.

Tewatia has already been a part of the IPL from the year 2014, and has played for as many as 3 teams. While he started his career with the Rajasthan Royals in 2014, he moved on to the Kings XI Punjab franchise during the 2017 edition of the league. He was then procured by Delhi, where he rendered his services for 2 seasons, before moving back to the place where it all started for him, Rajasthan Royals in 2020.With his performances on the field last season, Tewatia has surely announced to the world that he is a name to watch out for. And, if he can continue in the same vein, an Indian call up is definitely not far away.
