Google to let Pixel users measure heart rate using phone camera

Google has introduced a new feature for Pixel phones that will allow users to take vital health measurements by using their smartphone camera. Using the Fit app, users will be able to measure their heart rate by placing their finger over the phone’s rear-facing camera and their respiratory rate by pointing the front-facing camera at their head and chest.
