Updates:
Wood Stake Shotgun: One of the most exciting additions to Fortnitemares 2023 is the Wood Stake Shotgun. This weapon is your tool for taking down the formidable Kado Thorne, the vampire antagonist of this year’s event.
Players can find the Wood Stake Shotgun on the ground, in regular and rare chests, and even in Holo-Chests. Your mission is to use this weapon to defeat Thorne at the Eclipse Estate, setting the stage for an epic showdown.
Thorne’s Vampiric Blade: Should you successfully defeat Kado Thorne, you’ll be rewarded with the mythical Thorne’s Vampiric Blade.
This blade is as deadly as it is unique, offering a vampiric twist. When you damage an enemy with Thorne’s Vampiric Blade, it will slowly restore some of your health. It’s a high-risk, high-reward weapon that can turn the tide of battle in your favor.
Pumpkin Launcher: Halloween wouldn’t be finished without jack-o’- lanterns, and Fortnite knows it. That is the reason the Pumpkin Launcher is making its return in Fortnitemares 2023.
This festive launcher allows you to launch explosive jack-o’-lanterns at your opponents, giving them a good scare in the process. You can find Pumpkin Launchers on the ground, in regular and rare chests, Holo-Chests, and even from flying drones.
Witch Broom: The Witch Broom is here to add a touch of enchantment to your Fortnite experience. By activating a Witch Broom, you can quickly launch yourself into the air and glide down gracefully to the surface.
This ability can be a game-changer, especially during unexpected skirmishes. You can find Witch Brooms on the ground and in chests.

Sanguine Sweets: Fortnitemares 2023 wouldn’t be complete without a few sweet treats to enjoy between fights. Candy Corn, Pepper Mints, Hop Drops, and Jelly Beans are all unvaulted during this event, each offering unique benefits.
For example, Hop Drops provide a temporary low-gravity effect, allowing for some gravity-defying fun. You can find these Candy items by searching Candy Buckets, ringing doorbells, defeating guards, or taking down bosses.
