The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) on Friday successfully conducted the flight test of Solid Fuel Ducted Ramjet (SFDR) Technology from Interim Teat Range at Chandipur, a beach in Baleswar district of Odisha.
All subsystems, including the ground booster motor, performed as per expectation during the test fire.
After conducting the flight test, a DRDO official said, “During the test, many new technologies were proven, including the Solid Fuel-based Ducted Ramjet Technology.”
According to a report, the DRDO test fired the missile from the Launch Centre-III of Integrated Test Range at Chandipur.
