Mumbai Indians head coach Mahela Jayawardene has defended his team’s decision to buy Arjun Tendulkar after his auction sparked a nepotism debate on social media. “We’ve looked at it purely on a skills basis. There is going to be a big tag on his head because of Sachin Tendulkar, but luckily he is a bowler, not a batsman,” he said.
